| The Millstone Pond Homeowners Association annual meeting will be held on Wednesday, April 27, at the White Oaks Elementary School at 7 PM. See the Documents section for 2010 meeting minutes and the 2011 budget report. |
| January 18, 2008- Capital Reserve Study completed |
| The Capital Reserve Study was completed by Mason & Mason. We are required to do a study once every five years. The study shows we need to increase our annual contribution to the reserve fund by another $2,000 a year. The study can be found in the Documents section. |
| A Special Note from the Architectural Review Committee |
| As the Spring and Summer seasons are here once again, our attention will turn to those many outdoor projects we have been thinking about during the long winter months. However, please remember that most of your projects, other than minor landscaping, will require review by the HOA Architectural Review Comittee (ARC).
